Framework for speaker preparation

There’s a convenient template in MIRO for preparing performances, rehearsals and feedback
Meetups, stand-ups, conferences have become part of our clients’ routine. Brands offer employees to become media persons in order to cover HR and PR tasks.

We want to help make the process of preparing speeches with the speaker faster and more transparent. If you are a DevRel, HR Manager, Team Lead or any other person who helps speakers with the preparation of a speech — this framework will be useful to you.

How to use the framework?

The MIRO framework provides questions and structures to help the speaker in two stages: preparation and rehearsal.

Preparatory

This part of the framework will help you set a framework for discussion. At the very beginning of the preparation, the speaker needs to answer a number of questions in order to focus the topic, tone, and argumentation of his speech.

If the speaker can’t formulate an answer immediately, it is important to stop and find a reference point. Without answers to these basic questions, the performance may turn out to be unfocused and boring for the audience. In addition, these questions give you criteria for an objective assessment of the performance.
